The Corporate Identity Plan is perfect for the "work at home" professional who needs a professional image and market presence without the expense of a traditional office.


Our services include:

  • Full time receptionist to handle incoming calls and take messages in a professional manner from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday with voice mail for 24 hour coverage.

  • Company listing on the building directory

  • Mailing address to handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier

  • Access to boardroom, meeting room or office to meet clients in a professional atmosphere (5 hours included each month)

  • Access to business equipment: photocopies, fax, postage meter*

  • Access to secretarial services*

    *charged at the current standard rates

Mail Service

This inexpensive program provides:

  • A professional business address to handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.

  • Mail and parcels are held for pick up.

  • Re-direction of mail to another address can be arranged.

  • Other services (boardroom, meeting room, photocopies, faxes) are available at our standard rates when required.
